When a new Silver ad is purchased, the direct referral for the ad is paid
.20cents, then the top four names on the referring team's list
will receive .20 cents each, then the names are removed and placed back at the bottom of their list, so
they can work their way back up the list to be paid again! Over and Over! As long as you remain a member!
